Report Violation

Steps

1. Select the street nearest the violation
2. Choose either house number or closest intersection and enter the respective information.
3. Enter a detailed description of the violation
4. Choose a violation type
5. Upload any pictures or supporting documents. Select each of the documents or pictures you want to upload. You can upload more than one document by selecting them all at the same time.

If you are reporting an issue for:

• a pothole
• a street light being out or down
• a street sign being down or vandalized
